03 / In-person play

Offline poker lounge and events

Poker at Crownandlinen is a social, hospitality-led activity hosted in person at the venue.

01
Physical venue only

In-person poker experience

Crownandlinen’s offline poker activities take place in the dedicated poker lounge and poker room at the physical venue. Scheduled sessions may use professional felt poker tables, custom chips and experienced croupiers. This website does not provide online poker or remote participation. The setting is designed as a social venue experience, and information on the website should be understood in that in-person hospitality context.

02

Table and event participation

Participation in friendly tables, hosted sessions and poker tournaments may be subject to capacity, session format, event guidance, staff direction and venue conduct expectations. Where applicable, ranking points, custom chips and friendly trophies are community and event features rather than financial rewards. Their availability may vary by session or event. Visitors should review any venue guidance provided for the particular table, tournament or gathering before attending.

03

Croupier and staff decisions

Experienced croupiers and venue staff may give reasonable directions about table order, guest comfort, event flow, safety and respectful use of the poker tables and poker room. Visitors must follow those directions. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from an activity or from the venue, subject to applicable law. These decisions are intended to support a welcoming, orderly and enjoyable physical environment for all guests.

Operational guidance may be adapted to the needs of a particular session or event.

04 / Hospitality

Dining, cocktails, and venue services

Our dining and lounge offering is shaped by service conditions as well as the character of the venue.

Menu and availability

Gourmet dining, signature cocktails, menu items, ingredients, presentation and availability may change due to seasonal supply, service conditions or venue operations. If you have dietary requirements or a relevant service question, please speak with staff before or during your visit so they can provide appropriate current information. Website descriptions are intended to introduce the venue offering and do not guarantee that a particular item, ingredient or presentation will be available.

Responsible venue service

Crownandlinen may provide and manage its hospitality services in accordance with applicable laws, responsible service expectations, safety practices and reasonable staff directions. We ask guests to engage respectfully with staff and fellow visitors so the dining, lounge and event environment remains considered and welcoming.

Shared atmosphere

Photography and atmosphere

Please respect the privacy and comfort of others and follow staff direction regarding photography, filming or recording within dining areas, the poker lounge and the poker room. Any venue-approved imagery is intended to reflect the physical hospitality environment. Guests should avoid recording others in a way that disrupts their experience or disregards reasonable staff guidance.

05 / Shared spaces

Conduct, safety, and personal property

A respectful physical setting depends on the care shown by everyone in it.

Respectful conduct

Visitors must act respectfully toward guests, staff, experienced croupiers and the shared dining, lounge and poker room environment. Harassment, threatening conduct, damage and disruption are not acceptable. Staff may take reasonable steps to preserve a safe and welcoming atmosphere, including managing participation in a particular area or activity. We ask all visitors to support the calm, considerate experience expected within the dedicated poker room and across the venue.

Safety and directions

Please comply with reasonable venue safety directions and any access conditions communicated during a dining visit, poker lounge session, poker table booking or event. These directions may relate to the immediate physical environment, guest comfort or orderly attendance. They are intended to help staff care for everyone attending the venue without imposing unsupported assumptions about a particular visit.

Personal property

Please keep personal belongings with you and take reasonable care of them while at the venue.

Responsibility for personal property is handled only to the extent required by applicable law. This statement does not remove any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it does not replace the need for guests to use ordinary care with their belongings in shared hospitality spaces.
